But the red marrow is tissue that make red and white blood and white blood cells in big amounts. Your body produces at least 5,000 white and red blood cells every day. I assume that's supposed to be bone marrow... It is located inside the bone. If you want to see what it looks like, cook a chicken drumstick and when the bone is a bit soft, break it in half. The dark stuff on the inside is bone marrow.

Bone Marrow is on the inside of our bones and it is there to help produce the three types of blood cells, as well as lymphocytes, which support the immune system. Marrow is a sponge-like texture unlike our actual bones which are hard.
