it is islets of langerhans(exit inside the pancreas) this is a group of cells that secretes insulin from the pancreas. The islets of langerhans stops working automatically, the main job of those cells is to produce insulin to the cells in the body and liver so that both the cells and liver can have power to regulate glucose that is been release into the bloodstream through the food inside the stomach. but ones the pancreas fails to perform its duty. Then here comes diabetes mellitus
