The Sternocleidomastoid is a thin muscle, almost as fibers that brings interior stability to your neck. its located on the sides of the throat and it extends from the clavicle to esophagus. not only does it bring stability but also helps turn the neck. this muscle does wrap around the neck and has a minor connection with the trapezious.
