In Arabic Hijrat, in English Migration
No madina is glorious state of Prophet MUHAMMAD (PBUH).
Our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad SAW was born in Mecca. He had to migrate to Madina Munawra at the age of 53. He lived there for the rest of his life. He is buried there. So, Madina Munawra is called the city of our Prophet SAW.
Muhammad's journey to yathrib is called Hijrah.
Muhammad was called the final prophet because according to Muslim theology after him there was no prophet to come.
The Islamic calendar originated from the holy city of Madina Munawara, on the suggestion of the second righteous Caliph Hazrat Umar (RAU). It commemorates the journey of the Holy Prophet (May peace be upon him) from Makka Mukarma to Madina Munawara- called Hijrat.

I presume you mean Prophet Mohammad. He was the Prophet of Islam and he was born in Makkah, in Saudi Arabia. He later migrated to Madina, another city in Saudi Arabia, and he died there and is buried in the Masjid Called Masjid Nabi in Madina

The two cities are Mecca and Madina. The earliest verses of the Qur'aan were revealed in Mecca (called Makki verses). Some verses were also revealed in Madina, whereby the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions and helpers, had migrated to Madina because of the harm and persecution they were enduring by the Pagan Arabs and polytheists (who did not believe that Allah alone had the right to be worshipped). These verses are called Madani verses.
