Ctrl+C in Windows (meaning "press CTRL key and C key simultaneously")
Cmd+C on Mac OS X
On Linux, it varies with the program.

Paste:
Ctrl+V in Windows
Cmd+V on Mac

This is done by holding down "Crtl" and pressing the "C" key.

This also works for copying marked text.

On a PC, it is holding Ctrl + C, and on a Mac, it is holding Command (the Apple button) + C.
