Globally, of the whole of mankind ever conceived, at the Great White Throne Judgment, when all who have not already been changed into spiritual children in the God Family, it happens in Revelation 20:14-15, "Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire."

Additionally:

"After that the end will come, when He [Christ] will turn the Kingdom over to God the Father, having put down all enemies OF EVERY KIND. For Christ must reign until He humbles all His enemies beneath His feet. And THE LAST ENEMY to be destroyed is DEATH." (I Cor.15:24-26 NLT New Living Translation)

The last recorded "death" in The Bible is "death" itself. When the last of mortal mankind is "changed" [verse 51] into the "Immortal Children of God."
