It's the reason for our turbulent upside-down weather... simply because we fear political incorrectness more than we fear our Creator.The Bible means just what it says: Fear God according to His Word, and the former and latter rains will yield the blessed well-being and satisfaction of full bellies. Reject Him... and it won't. It's called "cause and effect"... not "climate change."

Cannot find the scripture you are referring to but maybe this will be the interpretation of what you are referring to. In Palestine rain begins to fall late in October or early in November (The early rain), and continues to about the end of December. The rainfall between January and February is usually small, but increases again during march and April (The latter rain). Showers occur in May, and after this rain hardly ever falls until the end of September, though on the high ground the dews at night are often heavy.
