The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) does not mention the rapture because it is not a Biblical concept. There are no Bible verses to support the rapture. In fact, the concept of the rapture was first intruduced by the Puritan preacher Cotton Mather in the early 1700's. This is why Catholics, Orthodox, Anglicans, and other traditionally "European" Christian groups have no doctrine of the rapture either.
A popular phrase in the Church is "Endure to the End", which references to Matthew 10:22, Matthew 24:13, and Mark 13:13. It reminds members to continue in faith, looking forward to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

That is pretty self explanatory. So the LDS were ALWAYS allowed in the LDS church because the LDS church is made up of only LDS people. Duh.
