There is no effective way to do that. Contact your county health department or mental health association for information about publicly-operated detox. There is help but you have to go get it. You have to take responsibility for your own actions and seek out help. Look for government programs, they do exist. Get ahold of any counselor in your area and ask them about local programs or detox. They will help you.
