Legal age to decide which parent to live with in the state of utah?
The only states with specific laws addressing this is Indiana and Texas. Beyond that, they simply have a right to express and opinion.
A person (male or female) becomes a legal adult at age 18 in Indiana, even though there are still restrictions regarding drinking and smoking. All legal adults are responsible for their own actions, though if they live in a parent's home it may be difficult to discern liability for possession of illegal property.

As long as you are a minor you can not decide legally where to live.
Once a child turns 18, they are considered a legal adult and parents are no longer obligated to provide financial support or make decisions on their behalf. However, parents may still have responsibilities if a court has ordered child support or if the child has a disability that requires ongoing care.
