You have to be 21 in order to buy a handgun in the state of Tennessee, so I would say that you would have to be 21 to pawn a firearm as well. If it is your gun and your parents bought it for you or a relative then you should have them pawn it for you if they will, or sell it to a family member. Hope this helps.
Generally it is 21.
21
18 for a shotgun/hunting rifle, and 21 for a handgun.
Yes
Perfectly legal- IF the Pawn Shop has an 02 Federal Firearms License, AND you are old enough and legally able to possess a firearm, AND you have a government issued photo ID that shows your name, age and address. The pawn shop must comply with Federal laws, and before returning a redeemed gun must conduct a background check. Not all pawn shops have a Federal Firearms License, and those shops cannot pawn or sell guns.
21 for California.
21 or older.
In most states, a person must be 18 in order to pawn something. Exceptions are in areas where the legal age is 21. If you know the legal age of an area, than you know how old you must be to pawn something.
With the approval of your parents, at any age. On your own, 18 for rifle/shotgun, 21 for handgun.
In the U.S. you have to be 21 in most states to get a handgun carry permit.
At age 18, a resident of Oklahoma may purchase a handgun from another resdient of Oklahoma if that person is not a gun dealer (private party sale) To buy a handgun from a dealer (gun shop, pawn shop, etc) Federal law requires you be 21 years old anywhere in the US. OK will not issue a concealed weapons license to persons under 21. Federal law does not permit the purchase of handgun ammo from a business unless you are 21 (exception for .22 rimfire ammo)
