When you are 18.
You need parental consent to move until you are 18.
Yes, there is a legal age to move out. It is the age of majority, the point where you are considered an adult. In Illinois, that is 18.
18. When you turn 18 you are an adult.
In the State of Illinois, to bartend you have to be at least as old as you have to be to drink the liquor: 21.
it just might be 17, check maybe with your courthouse. I live in Jacksonville, IL about 3 hours from Chicago and i know at 17 it's legal here to move out, it should be the same for the whole state, but still check with your court house at the front desk they could find out for you.
Move to another state ....the only ones allowed to break the rules in IL are state officials. This is why i am moving to AZ
14
Yes, they are legal in the state of Illinois.
There are no state/federal dating laws. Basically, anyone can date at any age. There are laws for consent but, no laws for dating. The only "laws/rules" for dating would most likely be found in Religion.
This law varies from state to state. Here, in IL, a female can marry, move out, and have sex with another person of any other age once she turns 17. I think you shouldn't be asking if she can, but if she may..... For some reason, a male has to be 18 before it is legal. I think these laws were made a long time ago and never changed.
After you move to IL, apply at the DMV for an IL license? They will issue you an IL license (if you are eligible). You must surrender your IN license and they will notify IN to cancel it. You are not allowed (federal law) to possess a drivers license from more than one state (your 'home' state).
i dont think so
