Yes, you sure can. Many of our WikiAnswers program members are volunteers in more than one program.
Only Community Assistants are allowed to make Official Groups, such as Vandal Patrol,WIT,WikiReviewers, etc.
The WikiAnswers Community Outreach program is a group of members made up of both Supervisors and Non-Supervisors, called WikiGuides. WikiGuides' roles are to help in creating a warm and friendly community environment through performing various community actions. Community Actions include greeting new contributors, offering to help them learn their way around the site, and inviting them to participate in special site events.
