When you have leaders like Mugabe of Zimbabawe, or Issais of Eritrea or Al Beshir of the Sudan, who do not have an ounce of respect to their citizens, then suffering and starvation is certain. Despite the food shortages in Eritrea, the leader kicked most NGO's from the country. Darfur people are pershing because of the poor leadership of Al Beshir. I have only scratched the surface and the list goes on.
