What are the differences between future and option contract?

There's one main difference and it's huge: An option contract gives the person who buys it the privilege of doing whatever it is the contract is written for. A futures contract imposes an obligation on the buyer. There are also liquidity requirements and requirements to pay performance bonds in futures trading that don't exist in options trading, but the real basic difference is that an options buyer can do something and a futures trader has to.

4 Difference between c program and vhdl program?

There are 4 main differences between C programming and VHDL programming. C is a mid-level language, while VHDL is a hardware description language. C can handle one type of instruction, while VHDL can handle two. C does not require as much resource usage as VHDL. C can be written only with logical thinking, but a VHDL programmer must understand hardware circuits.

What is difference between system call and signal?

In one sense they are the same, because they are both "signals". However, system call occurs naturally within the design of a hardware system, such a timer pop or some other event arising from the hardware, often on a predictable basis, but also related to asynchronous I/O. A "signal" could be that or any other source of an interrupt or status information that a program interprets for purposes of making some decision. For instance, a signal could indicate that some loop has reached its limit, returning control to the main program by popping the stack and restoring the program status as before.

What is difference between a scheduler and a dispatcher?

DISPATCHER?The dispatcher is the module that gives control of the CPU to the process selected by the short-time scheduler(selects from among the processes that are ready to execute). The function involves :Swithching contextSwitching to user modeJumping to the proper location in the user program to restart that program.SCHEDULER? Normally there are 3 types of schedulers are available in operating systems.1. Long term scheduler2. Mid term scheduler3. Short term schedulerThe short term scheduler is also called as the dispatcher which selects the process from the waiting queue and allocates the CPU to that process.Whereas the Long term scheduler (Admission scheduler) decides which process should be placed in the main memory and updates the waiting queue. This long scheduler is important in the large bound systems like super computers and may not be used frequently as the short term scheduler. The mis term scheduler available in all systems which is responsible for the swapping in and out operations which means loading the process into, main memory from secondary memory (swap in) and take out the process from main memory and store it into the secondary memory (swap out).

What is the difference between a breach of warranty and a breach of a condition?

A warranty is less important than a condition and does not impact on the main purpose of the contract. A breach of a warranty entitles the injured party to claim for damages ONLY. They may not repudiate the contract. A condition is a major term that goes to the root of the contract. Such term is essentials to the main purpose of the contract and therefore the injured party is entitled to repudiate the contract as well as make a claim for damages.

What is a Collateral Contract?

A collateral contract is a contract which assigns the rights and/or obligations of an existing contract to a third party. Due to the doctrine of "privacy of contract" only those parties mentioned in a contract have rights and obligations and it is illegal to assign these rights and obligations to third parties without the consent of the other parties to the main contract. Collateral contracts overcome the privacy of contract doctrine. Collateral contracts are used in the construction industry to make a direct contractual relationship between clients and sub-contractors. In the collateral contract the client will promise to pay the sub-contractor for the works that the main contractor promised the client to undertake. This collateral contract comes in handy when the main contractor goes insolvent or has late payments or, more importantly, when the subcontractor's performance is substandard.
