90 people achieve accreditation, 10 people did not (outcome).
Also 'impact' is very important when evaluating (not enough for someone to complete a course and receive accreditation - what 'DIFFERENCE' has that made to the individual's personal development).
Monitoring is an iterative process undertaken during the activity to assess if the aims and objectives are being met.
Evaluation is an assessment of how well the objectives had been met.
