The main idea in the Koran (from my personal point of veiw) is that there is an unseen spiritual world that co-exists with the physical world. When we access the unseen world spiritually, our physical senses detect a certain quality and freedom that Allah has provided and we have a profound sense of appreciation and the oneness and unity of life and a realization of who we truly are which will become even more illuminous when we die. The less connected we are to the unseen world, the more materilistic and dissatisfied we become and demand activities that satisfy our physical desires which is the core of all pain and suffering, which again will be more amplified in death. We are able to access this unseen world through fasting, prayer and good deeds like giving money to the poor, protecting our sexuality, supporting orphans, kindness, compassion, and being fair and just in all that we do, and most importantly appreciation.

The main idea of the Koran is the message of monotheism and the submission to the will of Allah, as revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. It emphasizes the importance of belief in one God, the oneness and unity of Allah, and the way of life that Muslims should follow in accordance with his teachings.
