Since most fitness programs tell people that are fit to cap your MRH around 85% I would say this is the best place to be... I have not read anything that says going beyond it will increase your risk of "X" (provided you do not have any preexisting heart conditions i.e. HBP, heart disease, etc...) But working out near 85% should not be a sustainable level exertion for long periods of time anyway. You should always work out safely below the point where you start to feel chest pains, dizziness, light headedness, etc...
