As it turns out, there are three isotopes that have two neutrons. Hydrogen-3, Helium-4, and Lithium-5 with masses of 3,4, and 5 respectively. Of these, only Helium-4 is common and stable. Lithium-5 is extremely unstable and almost never observed.
