I found that lower doses wore off too fast and my dr told me that in some people their liver processes the drug too fast so they increase until your body's liver can't break it down so fast or words to that effect. He told me one of his patients is on 600mg and is doing very well. I think I may have to increase dosage again but the side effects are getting tiresome for me. I almost feel if I were off the med I may be better off. The dr did say though that the usual dose is 30mg, 60mg or 120mg
