An entrepreneur supplies risk capital as a risk taker, and monitors and controls the business activities. The entrepreneur is usually a sole proprietor, a partner, or the one who owns the majority of shares in an incorporated venture. According to economist Joseph Alois Schumpeter (1883-1950), entrepreneurs are not necessarily motivated by profit but regard it as a standard for measuring achievement or success. EMPRETEC is a United Nations training workshop for entrepreneurs, developed by David McClelland at Harvard University. It was first introduced in Argentina in 1988, and the name adopted, EMPRETEC, is a spanish acronym for 'emprendedores' (entrepreneurs) and 'tecnología' (technology).

Seems to be used to mean a couple acting together as joint entrepreneurs. In any case it doesn't have an established meaning as it is a neologism.
Classic and social entrepreneurs are similar in that they are both entrepreneurs. Both of them aim to achieve specific goals in addition to profits. Business entrepreneurs however measure their profits in returns.
