If you are attempting to run a program like a game without the disk, then it is just telling you that it needs the .exe trigger on the disk. This way the program will run. However, if the disk is in and you get the same message, then your computer's disk drive is not reading the data on the disk and should be replaced. I don't recommend that you do this yourself unless you have studied computer sciences.
