It's an MP3 player.
MSC stands for Mass Storage Class and MTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol. Basically you have to use MTP if you are going to use copy protected files. There is a really good article on the difference between the two (including additional links to other sources) at: http://www.musicedmagic.com/computers/how-to-download-music-to-an-mp3-player.html
Well I have a Sony MP4 player and previously i had the Sony stick MP3 Player. Its fairly simple to charge. Just plug it into the USB drive and it automatically starts charging. Whether with USB cable or direct connection the charging is done regardless of driver installations or any other softwares. If its not charging upon plugging onto your computer then the most likely issue is that your computer is not recognizing your MP3 player as an MTP device. This problem even i had faced, this is caused as some how your PC manages to misplace the MTP drivers. I am certain that if you plug in your MP3 to any other PC it should charge on its own. Hope the information helps.
The MTP joint is the joint in the foot that connects the big toe to the foot.

To hold music. I think it can be known as an MPEG.
MTP can stand for Mass Transportation Pony. It can also stand for Massive Teal Press, or Measly Tripping Policy. It also stands for Mark The President.
