Higher secondary, referring to the Certificate?
The higher secondary Certificate is examination that occurs I think for Year 10's (once successfully completing all secondary school years) in Bangladesh and other places in India. The certificate can be also recongised as HSC.
Although Higher School Certificate is also a certificate given when completing Years 11 and 12, in places like New South Wales, Australia.
