yes pencillin is given intra muscular but it is a very dangerous drug... it available as trade name PENIDORA. before giving it . it should be check to the aptient given subcutaneously in arm. if He/She is allright not give any side effect or wrong effect like drowsiness hypotenession or headach.. than it will given to tha patient...
