If you mean replacing the electric pump with a mechanical one, that is not possible.
Pump is a mechanical equipment used for transportation of liquids and slurries by mechanical means.
Mechanical
NO, it has only one fuel pump, and it is mechanical.
The pump should be mechanical, mine is a 350 and it is mechanical, I should know it just went out last night
No, there is no way to operate a mechanical pump on your engine.
how dose a fuel pump pump on a 1973 how dose a fuel pump pump on a 1973
If you are running the fuel injection....absolutely not. No mechanical pump will provide the fuel pressure needed to run it. I don't even know if the 93 still has the mechanical fuel pump mount. Even if it did, the camshaft wouldn't have the fuel pump eccentric to run the pump.
Yes the water pump is mechanical. its driven by the serpentine belt. Please visit my profile for a link to my Saturn help site for location of the water pump
mechanical - the oil pump is bolted to the bottom of the engine , inside the oil pan
Yes it does. But you can not run a mechanical pump on a fuel injected engine. It will not pump enough fuel to run the engine.
does a 1995 ford 350 diesel van have a mechanical and electric fuel pump?
