If your truck is 4WD it could be in the Constant Velocity (CV) Joint. If not it could be the wear indicator in the front brake caliper. Best to take it to a mechanic, as it could turn into a major problem if left too long
Sounds like a slipping belt. Could be a component not turning, or turning too slowly.

The drive shaft universal joint is the most likely culprit. I'd suggest changing both the front and back joints.
