you have to be 16 years old to travel alone with Monarch most other airlines are 12 or 14 years.
Any child to travel alone with the guidance of the airline is called an "UNACCOMPANIED MINOR". Lufthansa is one of the best airlines when it comes to the UM service. The minimum age to travel alone is 5 years and the maximum age is 18 years. Normally a fee is charged for the service. The UM is taken care of at from the check-in and handed over to the crew who then hands over to special handling department on arrival an they hand over to the guardians/ parents on arrival. If the child is in transit then they are again handed over to the next flight crew and so on.
Most ferries have rules that passengers must be 12 years or older to ride alone. In the UK 16 years of age is the requirement to ride alone.
On American Airlines (the company) infants can travel with a parent from the second day after delivery, although the airline recommends waiting until at least seven days after delivery. Children under 5 years of age may not travel alone. Children under 8 years old may travel alone only on direct flights that do not require a change of aircraft, and may not travel on smaller flights that do not have a cabin attendant. Children traveling alone who are 14 or younger are required to be booked in the Unaccompanied Minors service, which involves an additional fee. Children traveling alone who are 15 - 17 years old may use the Unaccompanied Minors service but are not required to. Those who are 18 and older are adults.
The tips I have found to help students who are having to travel alone is first, to teach them how to make their own travel plans. Second, teach them how to deal with any crises that may come up during travel. Third, teach them the rights and wrongs of the airport and airline, if they are traveling by plane. Fourth, teach them safe travel habits.
Yes, but they would have to fly as an unaccompanied minor meaning that they would have a personal flight attendant the entire time.
no you cant, you need your parents permission so they will not let you into the country without a letter. They will fine the airline around £5,000 and in most cases the airline will fine you for not taking responsibility and checking the immigration laws on the country. This is so important.
Children over the age of 12 can travel on most airlines without their parents. But they need their parents permission and the airline has to be notified when the booking is made that it´s a child travelling alone.
Mustangs typically travel in herds, but they will travel alone if they have to.
You can travel anywhere alone. I have been to 16 countries alone and camped across the United States alone.
yes they travel in groups not alone, but sometimes they travel alone. :)
An adult takes them to the airline counter where the employees of the airline take custody of the child. They are to make sure the child gets on the right plane and goes to the right gates. If there is a transfer of flights the new attendants take the child/children.
