Staff at the Outback gave me the recipe to copy, I think the ingredient that has been discontinued is the skyy melon vodka - I have managed to get an ingredient that you can add to vodka to give it the melon flavour (www.swedishconnections.co.uk) I only ordered this today so will let you know if it works when I get it.
