You may be thinking of Saturn's moon - Enceladus. It has many geysers that shoot out water particles.
A nozzle is something that drips water. It is a spout at the end of a hose.

Stalagmites form when water from the stalactite drips down water and that water has minerals in it
Hot water
water rich in dissolved carbonate drips from the ceiling of caves. As it drips, carbonate (CaCo3) precipitates out bit by bit, creating the stalactite.
