A nuclear fission bomb would be the most dangerous in use today.

Frankly, no. Nuclear weapons are probably one of the least dangerous of the major categories of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

For military and political purposes, the following items are generally classified as WMDs:

Nuclear : the typical A- or H-bomb. Massively destructive inside their area of effect, unless they are used in large quantities, it is relatively easy to contain the damage they do to the bomb zone. Modern studies have suggested that damage containment from a single nuclear bomb is far simpler than any other WMD.

Biological : some form of virus or disease. These are by far the most dangerous form of weapon known to man right now, as they are uncontrollable once released. They can trivially move outside their initial detonation zone, and, as a biologically reproductive item, can affect many multiples of people than the initial bomb quantity would suggest. All simulated "kill all human on the planet" weapon scenarios use biological weapons - no other weapon has this potential, even large-scale nuclear war.

Chemical : a variety of noxious deadly chemicals, generally categorized into blood, blister, or nerve agents (depending on the method they use to kill). As the amounts required to kill are minute, and gaseous dispersion is trivial and difficult to control, these are likely the second most dangerous category. Cleanup is extremely difficult, time-consuming, and expensive, and it is simple to carry contamination well outside the original affected area.

Toxicological : a variety of poisons, natural and artificial. Highly effective killers, they are generally easy to clean up, and very restricted in area. Overall, probably the least fearful WMD.

Radiological : dispersion of radioactive materials, usually via explosive device. This presents a very difficult cleanup problem, but likely low Death Rate. Generally, there are moderate containment issues, but overall, only a mid-level threat.

Chemical weapons are by far the easiest WMD to obtain, and one of the more difficult to ascertain the use of (that is, it can be difficult to determine if a chemical WMD has been used).

Biological WMDs are likely the most difficult WMD to detect the use of, as they can appear to be natural disease outbreaks.

3 weapons of mass destruction?

What i think the weapon of mass destruction it depend on which aspect or part of the world you are talking with. For example what i see in most African countries the mass destruction can be viewed in-terms of poverty,HIV/AIDS and war. So these three to me in African perspective can be termed as weapon of mass destruction. Aisha Abbas Seif- Zanzibar Tanzania.Typically the 3 types are referred to as "NBC", which stands for Nuclear, Biological, Chemical. But within each of these types there are thousands of specific weapons. All of them have the common feature, unlike other weapons, of having unusually high probability of causing damage and deaths in areas well outside the intended target area and to do so in a very unpredictable manner.

What is the most expensive weapon in aqw?

The prices constantly shift, as new updates and farming methods are released; but currently, I believe the most expensive weapon would be a Requirement 8 (7, if it exists), maximum damage, perfect modification (Either Caster or Warrior set), non-inscribable Eternal Blade.

What is the most destructive weapon?

Difficult to say. It would have to be one of the NBC weapons of mass destruction (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical). Just my personal opinion, I would have to say a Biological weapon. Both Nuclear and Chemical weapons are inherently self limiting, their damage is massive but there is an end to it. Biological weapons can grow and reproduce and spread, eventually killing both original opponents and all noncombatants and neutrals.

What is VX?

VX (S-[2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl]-O-ethyl methylphosphonothioate) is an extremely toxic substance whose only application is in chemical warfare as a nerve agent. As a chemical weapon, it is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations in UN Resolution 687. The production and stockpiling of VX was outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993. The VX nerve agent is the most well-known of the V-series of nerve agents and is considered an area denial weapon due to its physical properties. ___________ Wikipedia
