More than often, Jumping Spiders are highly regarded for their size (1 inch on average) and sociability. Many consider them to be 'cute' and are often valued for their jumping ability (hence the name) and colorful appearance (despite not being poisonous, which is a common stereotype on appearance) depending on the sub-species under Jumping Spiders.
