The most important part of your body in swimming would have to be your legs. In swimming you use your legs a lot and I am a swimmer and I do a lot of drills only using your feet or using a kickboard. So it would be your legs.

Eating With Bariatrics In Mind?

Undergoing weight loss surgery can be quite an experience. It is important to make sure that you cater to your body's needs in the event that this becomes something you are considering. The most important thing to remember after surgery is that your stomach is incredibly weak. Avoid foods that previously made you noxious they will be far more repulsive to you now. Bariatric eating can be tricky, but with a little bit of work, you will find that it is quite manageable - it just requires a little bit of research and listening to your body.
