this includes the two major services of the law enforcement body which was the PNP and NBI under the supervision of DILG.

law enforcement are the prime movers of the system they are the executioners of the laws and responsible for the capute and punisment of violators of the law.

2nd PROSECUTION

responsible for the prosecution of the criminals or carrying out legal proceedings against the criminal.

3rd COURTS

they issue warrants whic the law enforcers executes.

responsible for sentence of the convicted.Conduct judicial hearings and give final judgment.

4th CORRECTIONAL

refers to the instituion which the convicted person serves his final judgment.

5th COMMUNITY

after the service of the final judgment and rehabilitaion of the convictee it is then returned ro the community.

it is the Community. It is the most important and the government must have to prioritize the community. The welfare of the people, the needs and the economic demands. Poverty and hunger is the cause of criminality and the worst form of violence. Poverty is in the Community.
