Occasionally a serial killer will kill more than one victim, usually in a 24-hour period. But I couldn't find a killer that killed more than two at a time. Jack The Ripper stabbed two victims barely an hour apart. Ted Bundy kidnapped and murdered two young women, just hours apart on the same day. But Bundy murdered two victims at the same time (just minutes apart) in a soriority house in Florida. In California Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris picked up two teen-aged girls hitchhiking and killed them simultaneously. In 19th century Chicago HH Holmes (real name H. Mudget) killed two children within a very short period of time. It is entirely possible that a serial killer has killed more than two, I just couldn't find the information.
Serial killers differs from spree killers. They deed is not to kill a number of victims. The purpose vary in the persons but one victim is enough to satisty the need. Serial killers take time to rid themselves of the body parts after having had tortured, butchered and rape the victim alive or dead to satisty the sick need of the serial killer. On the 30 September 1888 Jack killed two victims, this itself doesn't usually happen in the serial murder world - Bundy did it at Seattle and Florida, Kemper and DeSalvo did it, to name a few. The first victim though, Elizabeth Stride, was not mutilated, suggesting that Jack was interrupted and he could not get the sexual gratification that he needed, so he then killed Catherine Eddowes and mutilated her. The second thing is that Marie Kelly, the last victim, was killed indoors. Serial killers often tend to change part of their MO, where they kill their victim and what type of person they kill; they do not however tend to change how they kill their victim - say cutting their throat and then mutilation. So Jack changed where he killed his next victim, not in the East End streets where an increased police presence was making it dangerously hard for him but indoors.
According to CBS News there does seem to be a serial killer on the loose in the Paris suburb of Essonne. Four murders connected to a single gun and similar times for the shootings, between 4 pm and 6pm. Originally thought to be the act of a terrorist, that gunman was shot and killed before the last murder of a 47 year old woman. Police are investigating the crimes in the hope of catching the killer before someone else is murdered.

1989 when a single tornado in Bangladesh killed over 1,300 people. The deadliest tornado year in the U.S. was 1925 when a single tornado killed 695 people.
The only serial killer I could find for Missouri is Robert Berdella who in 1988 killed 6 men in Kansas City, MO. An important point to keep in mind is prior to WWII little was known about this kind of killer. It is very possible that Berdella was not the first serial killer in Missouri, but just the first that was held accountable for his crimes. Many times bodies are found but may not be associated with other crimes in the area. Today's crime fighters have the advantage of information at their fingertips with computers that link not just within a single country but with INTERPOL that connects on a world-wide level.

A serial killer is a person who murders three or more people. Some people become serial cheaters because they should have stayed single. It is a myth that all individuals should get married and there are many single people that enjoy being single. The obsessed cheater is immature; self centered; has no moral values and is narcissistic to not care what their partner thinks of their cheating.
Most supercells do not kill, and those that do kill rarely kill more than a few. The main threat for a supercell is the potential for tornadoes, and a supercell can produce multiple tornadoes in succession in what is called a tornado family, which can, in rare cases, kill dozens. In recent years one tornado family on April 27, 2011 killed 87 people in 3 killer tornadoes, and another on the same day killed 69 people in 6 tornadoes. On May 22, 2011 a supercell killed 158 people, all from a single tornado.
I have yet to find a single serial killer that didn't display at least a couple of the warning signs, those being:bed wetting, cruelty to animals, fire starting, these are the most common.
Every single one of them eventually. But in a year, 400,000.
