Lamb can be served in many ways internationally, from a roast lamb dinner, to lamb shanks or a lamb wellington which is housed in to a crust. Lamb goes together with mint sauce efficiency. Lamb differs from country to country, from oven to shallow fry from grill to bbq. I like lamb with brown gravy, seasonal vegetables, and mint sauce. Other times its nice with couscous like they serve through North Africa.
