The PS2 console is, if a PS2 game could be run on a PSP the battery would not last 5 minutes and You could not hold the PSP from the heat of running the game.
I have both (PlayStation 2, Psp 1000, and Psp Go) and no doubt the Psp is by far more successful, has more features, and on occasion better graphics.
