Do 5 sets of 8 pull ups, 5 sets of 50 push ups, 5 sets of curls(weight varies) and 5 sets of 60 sit ups. Switch work outs... For an example do1 set of 8 pull ups and wait a minute then do 1 set of 50 push ups.

Push ups are done by pushing oneself up off of the ground (arms only) and pull ups are done by lifting oneself up by means of an elevated bar. Pull ups are much harder to do. Different muscles are exercised by these two types of exercise.
Maybe because the pull ups are making your blood pressure rise and your heart beat much faster in a short period of time. Maybe also because the pull ups are turning you on, but probably the blood pressure.
You should only need to wear pull ups to bed if you have a bed wetting problem. If your parents know that you are wetting your bed then they should be suggesting pull ups to you. If they haven't suggested wearing pull ups then simply tell them that that you know someone else with the same problem who now wears pull ups and it prevents getting their bed wet.
