I think the broader question is what parts of a job are unethical and should not be forced to be performed. We receive pay in exchange for labour sometimes that labour is hurting people animals and the environment. To adopt a zero tolerance policy toward this bad behavior is not easy.
As a choice I will not for money behave in that fashion but have been diagnosed as having narccissistic personality disorder by a psychiatrist and been diagnosed of being incapable of compartmentalising my life. purely because no wage can make me behave badly.
I once had a friend how took a house on behalf of the government due to unpaid taxes making a 60 year old homeless. From that time onward I look as we all should at what is right. The system we live in is profoundly damaging to us all.
