You use your mouth the most or you could say the jaw. You use your mouth to eat, talk, drink, and whatever else you use it for. Your jaw is the strongest bone in your body because you use it all the time.

The problem is with the question. The question commits the mereological fallacy by assuming we think with a single part of our body. It attributes to one part of us what the whole does. We think. A part of our body doesn't think.

We think with our skeletal muscular system:It is an accepted fact that we think with our mind. An equally accepted belief is that the mind exists in the brain. However, this leaves many questions unanswered.

Brain and thinking: 1. We can't feel or control our brain. However, we can feel thinking and thoughts.

2. People who don't know that they have a brain think as perfectly as neurologists who have mastered the anatomy of the brain.

3.Knowing the anatomy of brain doesn't improve our thinking.

4. We think with reference to our 'I'. Unfortunately, no anatomist or physiologist never even thought of locating its position in our body.

In fact, we are not supposed to use the word 'I' as a common noun to mean that it is an object.

Thinking by brain:

One reason why we believe that we think with our brain is that the brain automatically maintains body functions and shows us the default solution for every problem. In this process the whole body is involved. This is instinctive thinking,

However, instinctive thinking is thinking without thinking and thus can't be considered as a type of thinking.

The skeletal muscular system and thinking:

We manipulate Instinctive thinking and derive seven different kinds of thinking out of it.

They are,

1. Dreaming

2. Illusory thinking

3. Voluntary thinking/ Reasoning

4. Semi voluntary thinking/ Natural thinking/ Default thinking

5. Involuntary thinking/ Logic

6. Status altering thinking

7. Compulsive thinking

These seven kinds of thinking constitute thinking.

The only part of the human body that we can feel and control is our skeletal muscular system. Since we can feel and control our thinking and our thoughts, it is obvious that we think with our skeletal muscular system and not with our brain.

Let's know how we think with our skeletal muscular system.

The Mind:

All the skeletal muscles of the body can isometrically contract and relax (harden and soften) as though it were a single skeletal muscle, called Unified Skeletal Muscle (USM), popularly known as mind.

The 'I':

By default the human mind is semi voluntary. This means that it is controllable when the tone is 50% and it works on its own when the tone is 0% or 100%.

The voluntary state of the USM is what we call 'I'. This is an unemotional state and thus we take it as our reference state. Emotions are deviations from this state.

The USM is common to both body and mind. In this reason we associated 'I' with both our body and mind.

Emotions are changes in the tone of the USM along with changes in the tone of muscles of facial expression.

Feelings are isometric contractions of muscles of USM induced by sensations. Many of the feelings are biological and we acquire them at birth.

We think with a part of our body:

Even though we think about our whole body we think with just our skeletal muscular system. All the systems of our body are represented in our skeletal muscular system and thus we can think about our whole body using just our skeletal muscular system.

We can't feel or control any other parts of our body directly. Thus, we can't think with our whole body.

Mechanism of thinking:

In thinking we substitute objects with feelings induced by them. We replace Isotonic movements with Isometric movements, which just give a feeling of movement but never lead to actual movements. Then we can study the changes in feeling when we execute various Isometric movements. Emotions act as a guide to enable us to find the right course of action.

The center for thinking: We think with what can be called as the Central Muscular System, which consists of muscles around the tongue. The intrinsic muscles of the tongue, situated on the upper most part of our tongue, enable us to think using language.

We can also think using rest of our SMS, which can be called as Peripheral Muscular System. This thinking is more voluntary.

Since skeletal muscles work voluntarily and also involuntarily we can think voluntarily and also involuntarily.

Thus, we think with the Isometric component of our skeletal muscular system and not with our brain as popularly believed.

its actually the brain that keeps us alive. The brain controls everting liek breathing, blinking and other things. It makes your body work and if your brain is seriously damged or hurt then it could cause death but if someone just hits you with a little object or somthing you can get dizzy and hurt your brain. Your brain is also 7 mm thick so be careful with yuor brain. When doctors use the defibrillator on your heart they want your heart and your brain alive so you can live. Hopw this helped
