I have one with the 3.8 engine. I get about 15-16 mpg. Mostly city /urban driving, heavily loaded with tools and parts.
Mine gets about 23 mpg
30-32 mpg Expect to get around 28 mpg in mixed driving.
The Plymouth Sundance came with a couple engine and transmission choices that effect this For the year they were not to bad ranging from 25 to 29 MPG
No one really worried about MPG back then, but I figure it was in the single digits to low teens as a v-8
