The Anterior Deltoid is the prime shoulder flexor although the Long Head of the Biceps Brachii is also a shoulder flexor (This is why the shoulder flexes - the elbow moves forward from the side - during a biceps curl exercise). The Clavicular head of the Pectoralis Major and Coracobrachialis are also weak shoulder flexors

the shoulders anatomically dont flex and extend to be exact, they protract and retract, the muscles involved in flex are pectoralis major and minor and retraction are rhomboids major and minor and also the trapezuis muscle.
