How do you migrate your Pokemon?
To migrate to Diamond & Pearl, first open the Pal Park (By completeing the PokeDex & gettinh the National Dex), then insert the GBA game pack & DS game card into the DS @ the same time. Go to the DS game & choose migrate on the screen where you normally choose Continue. Pick six Pokemon from the PC it shows (This is the PC on the game pack, not the game card) and hit migrate, yes. Then go to the Pal PArk on the regular DS game & catch al six Pokemon.

I don't actually have pokemon heartgold, but i have soulsilver and it's pretty much the same in every pokemon game. Simply go to the Pokemon centre, go to the thing that looks like a PC and press A. Then go on Someone's PC (or if you have done something in the game , cant remember what it will come up as [someones name's] PC) After that, go onto deposit pokemon and choose which pokemon from your party should go into the many boxes in the PC. Simples!
