I think you mean where. On his first voyage, which was to Norway (Leif being from Greenland) he would have landed at many places including Iceland. When it comes to his famous voyages to North America his first landing spot in North America was at Helluland which is likely in today's Newfoundland.
The first European settlement in the lands now part of the Canadian Confederation would be the Viking settlement at what is now called L'Anse aux Meadows in Newfoundland. The exact name used for the settlement by the Vikings is not known but it is part of the area they called Vinland.
