Whereas a Jew might call this god Elohim or Yaweh, and a Christian might say Jehovah, or Elohim, Muslims prefer the Arabic term, as the Qur'an, their holy book was written in Arabic, and this term is Allah. Ergo, it is the same god, the god of Abraham.
CORRECTION:
The God of Judaism and Christianity is not the God of Islam. Arab Christians use the term Allah as that is the word for God in Arabic, but it is not the same God. The Allah of Islam is a different God. Jews and Christians worship the God of Abraham and Issac which is not the God of Islam.
