Feline domesticated animals
Felis domestica (domestic feline), also known as a small domesticated carnivore. They are bred in many species. Cat's are a member of the Felidae family.
They shouldn't be able to: AIDS is caused by HIV, or the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Domesticated house cats are susceptible to FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). FIV can only be spread between other cats who carry it, humans are immune to FIV.
A cat is the domestic or feral descendant of the feline family.
As the both the domesticated cat and the Tiger are both of the Feline family, I would imagine that it would on the qualities of those born under the Year of the Tiger.
There are many felines that have a tawny brown coloration. Domesticated cats can come in that color but, if looker for a larger feline then Cougars and African Lions are that color.
