It can a number of things depending on the shape of the mark. If basicallt the whole face is white then it is called a white face. A blaze is a mark that covers most of the face not the yes and perhaps some of the nostrils. A stripe is a thin line down the centre of a horses face and can be slightly weirdly shaped sometimes. A star is on a horses forhead and a snip is on their nose.

1. Horses don't get fleas, they get lice, and 2. it's a horse with lice, what else are you going to call it? 1st. Fleabitten is a color for a horse. Its a white/grey with tiny specks (look it up under google images you will see different examples) 2nd. So you dont really call a flea bitten horse anything its a color. You maybe getting the fleabitten color mixed up with the appaloosa breed. The appaloosa breed is a horse with larger spots. In which you call the Appaloosa :D
