There are many Irish tales and legends which refer to torc rings which are worn around the neck many refering to the Tuatha de Danaan. But these are the only other tale I can find which in anyway relate to royalty. There is also the Authurian legends which refer to a ring which is given to Merlin to imprison him in love.
