The Fairlady name comes from Japan, back in the early 70's when the first Datsun 240Z's were coming off the boat in America Mr. K himself (Father of the Z car) was outside pulling off the designation (name plate) Fairlady. This was done to keep the Fairlady name in Japan. So the best way to distinguish a Fairlady is Right hand drive.
