Officially, it is the "National Anthem of (the Republic of) South Africa." More commonly it known as "Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika" after the opening line of the first part of the anthem which is in the Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho languages. It translates into English as "God Bless Africa."
The second part of the anthem is called "Die Stem van Suid-Afrika" which is Afrikaans for "The Call of South Africa." The second part/third stanza of the anthem is in Afrikaans. The final stanza (the fourth) is in English. I enclose a link to an interesting historical essay about all of the various strands that were pulled together to create a new anthem for the new South Africa.
